左心房内径与青年脑梗死的关系

摘要 目的:探讨青年人的左心房内径变化及其与脑梗死发生的关系。方法:采用超声心动图观察青年脑梗死患者和正常青年的左心房内径。结果:青年脑梗死组与正常青年组比较,脑梗死组左心房内径增加,与正常青年组相比,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论:推测左心房内径扩大可能为青年脑梗死发生的独立相关因素。
