顶管掘进机远程监控系统设计

A Design of Long-distance Monitor System for Pipe-jacking Machine

顶管掘进机是城市地下管道、通江隧道、地铁隧道和穿山隧道挖掘及管道铺设的大型专用设备。挖掘现场环境恶劣 ,操作人员不宜在现场工作。设计了一个远程监控系统 ,对顶管掘进机的掘进过程、工作状态及动态参数等进行监控。该系统用PLC下位机对现场信号进行采集、处理 ,通过远程上位机处理现场传递的视频信号 ,采集下位机传送的状态和模拟信号 ,并对下位机实时控制 。

Pipe-jacking machine is a largely special equipment for digging city's underground pipelines,tunnels through rivers or mountains and subways' tunnels and laying pipelines at the same time.Digging locale's environment is execrable,so it is unsuitable for operator's fieldwork.We design a long-distance monitor system which monitoring pipe-jacking machine's digging process,working states,dynamic parameters and so on.The system uses PLC to collect and dispose the spot information,and uses long-distance PC which controlling PLC real-timely to collect video frequency's signals, analogic and states' signals,then the system achieves long-distance monitor of pipe-jacking machine.
