摘要
根据带式输送机载料断面形状 ,建立了托辊载料横断面各参数优化设计的数学模型 ,求得输送带最大槽角 ,中、侧托辊长度最佳比值。使托辊各参数间得到合理匹配。
According to the transect shape of the belt conveyor, this paper showed a way to work out the best parameters by building and solving the mathematics model, also introduced the optimization methods of the parameters of the idlers.
