摘要
利用成熟的商业软件对离心风机内流场进行三维数值模拟 ,通过对流场速度及压力的分析 ,捕捉到了离心风机内部的许多重要现象 ,如流动冲击、间隙流及进口预旋的分布规律等 ,对该类风机的性能与改进提供了一定的依据。
The three dimensional numerical simulation of inner flow field in a centrifugal fan has been carried using trade computational software. The velocity and pressure profile of flow field were analyzed. Some important flow phenomenas in centrifugal fan were shown, such as flow impact, clearance flow, inlet prewhirl etc. The results hope to assist improving the performance and optimum design of the same series fan.
