基于微分算法保证采煤机壳体孔距精度的方法

摘要 结合采煤机壳体孔的加工特点 ,对孔距坐标尺寸公差计算方法 ,提出了一种基于微分算法的数学模型 ,并以生产中的实例作了验证 ,验证结果表明这种方法切实可行 ,易于保证产品质量 。 About means computing coordinate dimension tolerance between the holes of shearer's shell, the paper brings forward a math model on the differential arithmetic,considering the making characteristic of the holes of shearer's shell. The math model is validated by means that shearer's shell is worked with it, the result not only shows it is usable and prone to ensure the quality of shearer's shell, but also provides a efficacious plan for numerical control machine to manufacture the complex case well.
