Study on Computer Control System of a New Material Discharge Device Used in Jigging Machine

对一种使用可调铲板的新型跳汰机排料装置控制系统做了研究 ,提出基于模糊控制技术的计算机控制方案 ,并对控制系统的软硬件进行设计。实验结果表明 :该控制方案能够提高精煤产品质量和精煤回收率 。

In this article we have studied the control system of a new jigging machine's material discharge device.It uses adjustable spade board.A computer control scheme based on fuzzy control technology has been put forward.In addition the control system's hardware and software have also been designed.The experiment result proves that this control scheme can improve quality and reclaiming ratio of selected coal products increasing economic profit.
