逍遥散治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床观察

Therapeutic effect of Xiaoyaosan on ischemic optic neuropathy

目的 观察逍遥散对缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法 缺血性视神经病变 110例 114只眼随机分为治疗组 5 8只眼和对照组 5 6只眼。 2组患者同时临床常规用药治疗 ,治疗组加服逍遥散治疗 ,治疗 15～ 30日观察临床疗效。结果 对照组显效率 2 8.6 % ,治疗组显效率 5 1.7% ,2组显效率比较有显著性差异 (χ2 =6 .5 0 7,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 消遥散对缺血性视神经病变有明显治疗效果。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyaosan on ischemic optic neuropathy.Methods 114 eyes of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=56) were treated by routine therapy. Patients in treatment group (n=58) were treated by combination of Xiaoyaosan and routine therapy. The course in both groups was 30 days.Results The effective therapeutic rate in treatment group (51.7%) was higher than that in control group (28.6 %,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Xiaoyaosan and routine therapy could effectively treat ischemic optic neuropathy.
