摘要
针对目前我国城市中路侧停车管理模式,分析了路侧停车存在的必要性及当前管理中信息传递的不足,并分析了适应ITS(智能交通系统)发展的几种车位检测方法的优缺点,提出了一种比较先进而且经济实用的路侧停车管理系统方案,同时给出了系统构成及信息流向图。该方案把城市的路侧停车看成一个整体,并且可以和城市的停车诱导系统融为一体,对改善城市交通具有积极作用。
Aiming at the model of roadside parking management in city of our country, the paper analysed its necessary of existence, and efficiency of data transfer. A advance, economy, and practicality management project was given through the analysis on merit and demerit of vehicle detecting equipment in ITS. The structure of system and the direction of data transfer were given. In the paper, the management project regarded all roadside parking of city as entirety of system, and it will play an important part in improving city traffic.
