摘要
在样品分析过程中所发生的谱线位移,对多通道光谱仪测试结果的影响常常被忽视。但它所导致的谱线强度下降与错位,对测试结果准确性的影响确是存在的。所以在测试过程中,保持谱线始终处于正确位置而不发生位移是至关重要的。分析这种位移的影响,提出一种从根本上克服这种位移的动态校正方法,即通过数字跟踪、分段锁定的方式,将谱线位置钳制在出射狭缝的正中,从而可以不考虑测试时间多长,确保在整个测试时间内谱线位移基本为零。同时介绍数字跟踪、步进电机精确定位技术等智能化校正系统主要的软硬件设计方法。
The line displacement taking place while the sample is analyzed,the impact on multichannel spectrograph test results is often ignored.But the intensity of line that it causes drop and misplaces,the impact on test result accuracy really exist.In the course of testing,keeping the line in correct position without taking place displacement all the time is essential.The correcting method that overcomes this kind of displacement fundamentally is proposed.By the figure tracking and subsection locking,the line position is clamped on the centre of the emergence slot.No considering how long the testing time it will be,the line displacement that is nil basically is guaranteed during the testing time entirely.The design of software and hardware of the intelligent correction system is introduced.
