摘要
利用石英砂制备高性能石英砂烧结砖,通过对原料和砖体物相分析、砖体的显微结构分析以及砖体的物理性能分析,研究温度制度对砖体性能的影响。结果表明,在 1 150℃保温 2h烧制的砖体物理性能最佳,密度为 2. 471 5g/cm3,抗压强度为 35. 052 2MPa,达到烧结砖的国家标准。
The paper studies the influence of temperature system on the microstructue and behaviors of high-performance quartz sand sintering brick by XRD and SEM analyses. The result shows that,when the sintering temperature is at 1 150℃ and sintering time is 2 h,the brick demonstrates the best physical performance with the density being 2.471 5 g/cm^3 and the compression strength at 35.052 2 MPa,which meet the national standords.
