摘要
分别以小比例纳米氧化铝、轻质活性纳米碳酸钙、氧化锌晶须以及纳米氧化铝与氧化锌晶须的混合物为聚合物的增强相,采用熔融共混法制备热塑性树脂基复合材料,对其进行力学改性的对比性研究。结果表明,拉伸强度和弹性模量均有不同程度的提高。最后对成因进行了分析。
A small quantity of nano Al_2O_3,light active nano CaCO_3,ZnO_w whiskers and mixture of nano Al_2O_3 and ZnO_w whiskers are used to reinforce the PP-R polymer. The thermal plastic composites are prepared by the melt-blending process. The reinforcing effects in mechanics are carefully compared,and it is found that the tensile strength and elastic modulus have risen in different degrees.Finally,the contributing factors of these rigidity particles to the PP-R polymer are analyzed.
