摘要
应用MAGMAsoft模拟分析压铸产品的充填、凝固过程,优化模具浇注、热平衡系统设计,优选工艺参数区间,监控工艺过程参数,控制缺陷形成,总结高压压铸模拟的分析方法。
The filling and solidification process of die casting is analyzed by simulation with MAGMAsoft,and the casting and heat exchange systems are optimized.By monitoring and optimizing all the technological parameters involved,the defects are effectively prevented.On this basis,the simulation analysis method for high pressure aluminum alloy die casting is presented.
