摘要
提出一种能防止风机叶片非工作面积灰的结构,并采用N S方程和标准的k ε模型方程,得到该结构下离心风机叶轮内部的粉尘浓度分布。结果表明,对于改进后的叶轮,叶片非工作面的积灰仅有原结构的 1 /3。
In this paper a new structure of centrifugal impeller of dust accumulation prevention is presented. Based on Navier-Stokes equations and k-ε model for both gas and solid phase, the dust concentration in centrifugal impeller is obtained. Compared with the classical centrifugal impeller, the dust accumulating speed on the non-working surface of blades for the new structure of centrifugal impeller has decreased by 50%.
