摘要
通过对厚壁圆筒理论和圆柱壳体理论的分析,得出木工刀具液压夹紧轴套结构的简化计算公式,并运用有限元分析软件对由公式设计的结构模型进行有限元分析验证。验证结果说明简化公式可作为轴套薄壁设计的计算方法。
It is the most important to calculate the thickness of wall during designing the hydro-clamping sleeve for wood cutting tools.The formula,derived from theory of thick-walled cylinder and theory of thin-walled cylinder,is simplified in this paper.The calculated method is proved by analyzing the models based on FEM.The result shows the method of design for the hydro-clamping sleeve is useful.
