摘要
玻壳的粘接工艺, 是利用高温对粘接膏进行结晶, 从而将屏和锥粘接在一起的温度处理工艺。通常, 各彩管制造商都使用的是网带式粘接炉(传统粘接炉), 而飞利浦公司最近成功开发了一种全新粘接设备---- 线状粘接炉(ILF)。本文通过对现存的两种粘接炉中生产出的彩管的应力进行比较, 从而对线状粘接炉的可用性进行研究。
The process of bulb cell is frit crystallization under high temperature, then combination with the screen and cone. Normally, mesh-fritting oven is used for almost all color TV production (Conventional oven). And recently, Philips develops a new kind of fritting oven--In Line Fritting oven (ILF). The stress of tubes produced with this two kind of ovens were compared, and the feasibility study results were given.
