脑血管意外病人早期肠内营养的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究早期肠内营养对脑血管意外病人的作用。方法患者随机分为2组,实验组在早期给予鼻饲能全素。对照组予以肠外营养。观察2组营养指标变化及并发症的发生情况。结果实验组空腹血糖(FBG)、血清前白蛋白(PG),淋巴细胞总数,消化道出血的并发症,经济学指标均优于对照组。(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养支持对改善脑血管意外患者的营养状况有重要的临床意义,且优于单纯的肠外营养。 To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition support in stroke pacients. There were 40 patients in each group: EN group which was fed with enteral nutrition and PN group which was fed with parenteral nutrition. The FBG, PG, TLC and related complication were determined. FBG, PG, TLC in EN group were significant better than in PN group. The related complications such as gastroenteric bleeding, and the fee of the treatment in EN group were less than PN group (P <0.05). [Conclusions] The early enteral nutrition support plays an important clinic role in improving the nutrition condition of shock patients, which is better than parenteral nutrition support.
