老年冠心病患者术前心理干预对介入诊疗手术的影响

Influence of preoperative psychological intervention on interventional programs in aged patients with coronary heart disease

目的观察分析老年冠心病患者介入诊疗术前心理干预对介入诊疗手术的影响。方法542例患者随机分为观察组268例与对照组274例。观察组在给予常规介入诊疗术前干预的同时,加强对异常心理特征的观察、分析,及时给予心理指导及干预;对照组只给予常规介入诊疗术前心理指导。结果两组患者介入诊疗术前异常心理特征差异无显著性(P>0.05),术后异常心理特征差异显著(P<0.01);与对照组相比,观察组接受介入治疗的比例较高(P<0.01),术后并发症较少(P<0.01)。结论进行老年冠心病患者介入诊疗术前心理特征分析及干预,可提高手术的成功率和安全性,减少并发症,提高医疗质量。

To analyze influence of preoperative psychological intervention on interventional programs in aged patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). 542 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 268 cases in the treatment group and 274 cases in the control group. The interventional programs including general treatment and psychological approaches associated with reduction of abnormal psychological distress were performed in the treatment group in pre-operative period. Otherwise, the routine approaches were given in the control group. There was no distinction of abnormal psychological features between the two groups(P >0.05). Psychological status of the two groups after interventional programs was different(P <0.01). There were more patients who accepted interventional therapies and fewer complications in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Careful analysis of preoperative psychological features and performance of psychological intervention will benefit the aged patients with CHD undergoing interventional programs, reduce the complications and promote the level of medical treatment.
