摘要
目的:探讨兔大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)后早期脑内肌酸含量的动态演变规律及其与磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)上表观扩散系数(ADC)值之间的关系。方法:新西兰大白兔20只,实验组12只,对照组8只。实验组和对照组动物分别在模型建立前和建立后0.5h、1h、2h、4h、6h、8h、12h和24h进行DWI和1H-MRS检查。结果:兔MCAO后0.5hADC值开始下降,随时间延长,ADC值迅速下降,至8h左右降至最低点,随后,ADC值略有回升但仍低于正常。Cr在MCAO后24h内趋向于持续下降。梗死后8h内,Cr含量与ADC值之间明显相关。结论:脑梗死后8h内,Cr含量与ADC值下降的直接和间接原因均为缺血所致的细胞能量代谢障碍。
Objective: To observe the Cr evolution of early cerebral infarction in rabbit model of the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO),and compared with ADC value in DWI. Methods: 20 New Zealand rabbits were randomized into two groups, 12 rabbits were included in the experimental group and 8 rabbits were classified as control group. The experimental and control group rabbits were examined by MRI scanner before operation as well as at 0.5h, 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 12h and 24h after operation. Results: The value of ADC began to decrease in 0.5h, with the time delay, ADC decreased rapidly, and decreased to the lowest in 8h. Subsequently, ADC returned a little but still lower than normal. Cr tends to decrease within 24h. Within MCAO 8h, ADC and Cr value had obvious correlation. Conclusion: Within 8h of MCAO, the direct and indirect reason of the decrease of ADC and Cr is the drawback of neural cell metabolizability.
