摘要
目的:研究黄芪多糖(APS)增强巨噬细胞的免疫作用,探讨其调节机体免疫功能的机理。方法:在体外培养的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞中加入不同浓度的APS后,观察其对巨噬细胞一氧化氮(NO)合成及对肿瘤细胞杀伤活性的影响。结果:APS能促进巨噬细胞NO合成,并能显著增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对黑色素瘤细胞的杀伤作用。结论:APS能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的免疫作用,可能是其抗肿瘤作用的机理之一。
Objective: To investigate the immunomodulatory effect of Astragalus Polysaccharide on macrophage and explore the mechanism of its immunomodulatory.Methods: By adding different concentration of APS into cultured mice peritoneal macrophage in vitro, the influence of APS on the synthesis of nitro oxide (NO) was observed. The microculture tetrazoli-um (MTT) assay was used to determine the cytotoxicity of macrophage induced by APS.Results: APS could significantly increase NO synthesis and enhance the effects of mice peritoneal macrophage on killing carcinoma cells. Conclusion: APS can enhance the immune function of macrophage, which is one of the mechanism of anticancer.
