Tlc scanning for the determination of imperialine in Chuanbei Pipa Buccal Tablets

目的:研究川贝枇杷含片中西贝碱的含量测定。方法:采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果:西贝碱在0.26μg～1.60μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.9998,回收率为95.60%,RSD为1.60%。结论:本法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于本制剂的测定和质量控制指标。

Objective: To develop an assay for the quantitative determination of imperialine in Chuanbei Pipa Buccal Tablets. Methods: Tlcs method was selected to determine the content.Results: The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.26μg^1.60μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 95.60%,with RSD=1.60%.Conclusion: The results shows that this method is sensitive, simple, specific and accurate for the determination of imperialine in Chuanbei Pipa buccal tablets.
