摘要
针对作者提出的一种新测量方法———通过一种特殊测量齿轮和被测量齿轮啮合来测量齿轮的误差,分析了由于该特殊测量齿轮而引起的测量系统误差,并对其进行补偿;同时针对该测量方法提出了新的误差表示方法———把误差表示为实际齿轮齿面上的点相对于理论齿面上的点的法向偏移量,该方法所表示的误差包含了锥齿轮所有误差信息。实验证明了该方法的可靠性。
A new method was put forward to measure the errors of bevel gears and corresponding measurement device was invented. This method was performed by process of mesh between measuring gear and measured gear. The measuring gear was made by pasting metal silks on the teeth. The errors caused by the metal silk were analyzed. Also a new description of the gear errors was put forward and the errors expressed as the deviation of real tooth surfaces from the theoretical ones. All the errors can be obtained from analysis of the errors expressed by the method. The accuracy of the method was got by comparison with measuring device CSZ500. The results show that the method is reliable.
