钠钡铝磷酸盐玻璃的结构与性质 被引量:5

摘要 研究摩尔组成为16 7Na2O·27 8BaO·xAl2O3·( 55 5 -x)P2O5 (x=0, 2 8,5 6, 8 4, 11 1)并掺Nd2O3 的磷酸盐玻璃的密度、分子体积、折射率、玻璃化温度Tg、软化温度Tf、热膨胀系数和化学稳定性与Al2O3 含量的关系,并用红外光谱研究玻璃的结构.研究结果发现,玻璃的密度、折射率、Tg、Tf随Al2O3 含量的增加而增大,分子体积和热膨胀系数随Al2O3 含量的增加而变小,化学稳定性则随之增加逐渐提高.这表明铝离子的引入增强了玻璃内部网链的连接,从而改善了磷酸盐玻璃的物化性质.红外光谱分析表明,P—O—Al吸收峰的变化和玻璃性能的改善是一致的. In phosphate glass composed of 16.7Na 2O·27.8BaO·xAl 2O 3·(55.5-x)P 2O 5 ( x =0,2.8,5.6,8.4,11.1, in mole) and doped with Nd 2O 3, the relationships between the Al 2O 3 content and the characteristics—density, molar volume, refractive index, transition temperature T g , softening temperature T f , thermal expansion index and chemical stability—were studied. The structure of the glass was also investigated by means of infrared spectral analysis. The results show that, with the increase in Al 2O 3 content, the density, refractive index, T g and T f of the glass increase, and the chemical stability gradually increases, while the molar volume and thermal expansion index decrease. This indicates that, in phosphate glass, increased Al 2O 3 content strengthens the network, thus improving the physical-chemical properties of the glass. Infrared spectral analyses show that the variation of the absorption peak of P—O—Al band is consistent with the improvement of the glass properties.
