可持续发展是中国公路上市公司追求的目标;交通主管部门应当采取必要的相关政策引导和扶持公路上市公司走可持续发展之路。在对公路上市公司可持续发展概念界定的基础上,通过研究市场经济条件下公路上市公司的科学与合理定位问题,提出了通过调整现行相关政策以促使公路上市公司可持续发展的基本思路。

Sustainable development is the target for the road-listed companies to achievies. The traffic authority should direct and help the road-listed companies to go in a sustainable development way by giving necessary policies. On the basis of concept of the sustainable development of road listed companies, this article studies how the road listed companies operate under the situation of market economy and gives the basic ideas of how can the road listed companies develop in a sustainable way by adjusting the current relevant policies.
