基于主成分分析的城市经营水平评价

Appraisal of urban management level on primary component analysis

城市经营是提高城市竞争力的有效措施。在我国对城市经营研究大多停留在定性研究上,缺乏必要的定量研究。根据我国城市的特点,对在城市经营方面有所作为的8个城市的经营水平进行了理论和实际相结合的评价。首先确立了城市经营的主要对象,并建立了评价指标体系。然后利用主成分分析法对样本城市的各个指标进行评价和分析,确定5个主成分,并计算各个主成分的得分及城市经营水平的综合得分,从而得到样本城市经营水平的排序及城市的相对位置,最后对8个城市经营水平进行了系统分析。

Urban management is an efficient method to improving urban competitive. In Chinese, most of scholars who research on urban management focus on qualitative side and are lack of quantitative side. Aiming at the character of Chinese cities, this paper selects 8 cities which act on urban management to research their management level not only in theory but also in practice. At first, it confirms primary object and create the index system. Then it uses primary component analysis to analyze all the data from 8 cities. It decides 5 important primary components and calculates the factor scores and general scores of management level of 8 cities. At last, it analyzes ultimate results systemically.
