摘要
应用FLUENT商业软件,采用Euler双流体模型对二维非稳态倾斜布风板流化床内颗粒流动进行模拟计算,得到不同时刻流化床内流化特性。对不同倾斜度的布风板床内气泡及颗粒的运动特性研究结果表明倾斜布风板可有效加强颗粒横向混合。倾斜角的大小对混合的强烈程度有影响。
Using FLUENT software with a unsteady state Eulerian gas-solid two-phase flow model, the particle flow behavior was simulated in the fluidized bed with the inclining distributor.The flow patterns of bubbles and particles in the bed were obtained.The different type of distributors at different angles was studied.The simulated results show that the horizontal transportation processes of particles were improved, and the mixing of particles was intensified in the bed.The angles will change motions of bubble and particles in the bed.
