摘要 为了研究管内强化换热技术,对三根不同结构参数的扭带插入光管的换热特性和流体动力学特性进行了试验研究。试验以空气为工质,Re在80 0 0~10 5之间,管外被水冷却。对大量实验数据用多元线性回归法得到了具有较高精度的扭带管的传热系数和摩擦系数的统计关联式,分析了扭带管的传热与流阻性能。 A set of experimental tests are proceeded to investigate the characteristics of heat transfer and hydromechanics in the smooth round tubes with 3 twisted-tape inserts which have different structural parameters in order to research the technology of enhancing heat transfer in round tube.Air is made working medium,Re is kept in between 8000 to 10 5 and the tubes outside is cooled by water in this test.The statistical correlations with a high accuracy between the coefficient of heat transfer and friction factor are get by treating the great amount of experimental data using the multivariable linear regression analysis.The performance of heat transfer and flow resistance in experimental tubes are analyzed,a scientific basis for designing and reforming heat exchangers is provided.
