村镇生态住宅适宜性技术研究

Suitability Technology Research for Ecological Domicilesin Villages and Towns

阐述了发展村镇生态住宅的必要性和生态技术的内涵;剖析了生态技术的层次性,指出了生态技术的选择原则;通过对安徽地区村镇住宅的抽样调查,分析研究影响住宅能耗的各种因素,从节地、节能、节水、环保、利废和新能源应用等多方面探讨适宜我国村镇住宅的生态技术,以实现村镇住宅的可持续发展。

The indispensability of developing ecological domiciles in villages and towns and other aspects,such as the connotation,the choosing principles and the rank order of ecological technology were put forward.To achieve durative development,this paper explored the suitable ecological technology ,based on the investigation in Anhui province and analysis on the facts of saving resource and protecting environment.
