摘要
本文结合北京大学2 1MW的燃煤热水锅炉的改造实例,就如何提高燃煤热水锅炉的热效率和出力进行了探讨。在不动锅炉本体的情况下,仅对炉排、尾部受热面、风机和水泵进行改造,从而实现锅炉的增容。另外,本文也对锅炉改造的经济性进行了分析。
This paper combines reformatting example of a hot water boiler burning coal in Peking University, give a research on how to increase the power and the thermal efficiency of the hot water boiler burning coal. Under the condition of main body of boiler wasn't reformed, by upgrading the fire grate and the tail department being heated and fan facilities and water pump, the power upgrading of boiler was realized. Moreover, this paper gives an economic analysis to the boiler reformation.
