摘要
针对5 0MW机组存在的一段调整抽汽无法投入、电负荷受制约问题进行分析,提出调整中压油动机静反馈弹簧预紧力,通过计算确定具体调整数据;计算原机组调节系统应具备的静态自整条件,对改造后机组进行静态调试试验,验证其符合静态自整特性,确保改造的可靠性,改造后机组成功接带一段调整抽汽并实现热电自整。
Analysing to the question that a section of steam can't be taken out and electric load is restricted that 50 MW unit exists,proposing the improved measure which is to adjust tight strength in advance of the spring with static feedbacks for middle-pressure oil-motive,and confirming the concrete adjustment data through calculating.Calculating the condition of static autonatic adjustment which the former unit regulation system should possess,then carrying on the static adjustment test to the uint after the transformation,to prove it accords with the characteristic of static automatic adjustment,finally guaranteeing the improvement is reliable.After the improvement,the steam turbine succeeds in being taken a section of steam out and being realized the automatic adjustment of hot load and electric load.
