This paper introduces one of QC(Quality Control)subjects of The First Thermal Power Co.Ltd in Changchun. In order to lessen running capitals and improve economic efficiency with energy saving and consumption reduction, the company made careful reason analysis based on the wholly field investigation about its own running sections in ash removal system and then set corresponding measures. As a result, the company decreases water consumption to a big degree and realizes the QC policy object.
