前入路腹膜前放置Kugel补片修补治疗腹股沟疝(附45例报告)

Repair of inguinal hernia using preperitoneal Kugel patch via the anterior approach ( a report of 45 cases)

目的:探讨腹膜前Kugel补片修补腹股沟疝的疗效。方法:总结2004年2月至10月应用Kugel补片行开放性腹膜前修补治疗腹股沟疝45例的临床资料。结果:手术时间为30～55min,平均43min。术后2～24h下床活动。无尿潴留、切口积血、浆液肿及切口感染等并发症。26例术后行B超及CT检查,见补片均处于伸展位,无移位。全组随访2～10个月无复发。结论:Kugel补片腹膜前放置修补腹股沟疝技术是一种创伤小、无张力、安全、术后恢复快和近期疗效满意的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the methods and results of inguinal hernia repair using preperitoneal Kugel patch via the anterior approach. Methods Clinical data of 45 cases with inguinal hernia from Feb. 2004 to Oct. 2004 were analyzed retrospectively as to the surgical procedure and its therapeutic effect. Results The mean operating time was 43 min (range from 30-55 min). All the patients left their bed 2-24 h postoperatively. No hematoma, seroma and infection occurred. Ultrasound and CT scan examination in 26 cases demonstrated that the patches were in their right position and did not migrate. No recurrence was found in 2-10 months of follow-up after operation. Conclusions Repair of inguinal hernia using preperitoneal Kugel patch via the anterior approach technique is a minimally invasive, tension-free, safe procedure with rapid convalescence and satisfactory results.
