摘要
研究了一种ABPT键合硅胶对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ )选择性柱富集的实验条件。以线性扫描极谱法作为测定手段,富集倍数为 50倍时,对于微克级的Pb(Ⅱ )、Cd(Ⅱ )回收率分别为 97%和 86%。该方法对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)检测的线性范围分别是 1×10-7 mol/L^1×10-4mol/L和 2×10-7mol/L^1×10-4mol/L。该方法以淋洗液直接作为线性扫描极谱法测定的底液,具有操作方便,富集倍数较大的特点,结果表明AB PT键合硅胶的可重复使用性能良好。
The experimental conditions on the simultaneous determination of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) by linear sweep polarographic method with ABPT-SG column enrichment were initially studied. In B-R buffer solution of pH=9.16, the recovery rate was between 86%~97% with 3 mol/L HCl as the washing solution. The washed solution could be used as the substrate solution in polarographic method directly. The result showed that ABPT-SG could be repeatedly used with good recovery rate.
