癌症患者血清铁与氧化应激的相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价癌症患者血清铁与氧化应激的相关关系。方法:对111例癌症患者和36例体检正常的健康者测 定血中铁、丙二醛和抗氧化标志物谷胱苷肽、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶、黄嘌呤氧化酶及总抗氧化力浓度。结果:癌症 患者脂质过氧化产物MDA浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.001),机体总抗氧化能力明显低于对照组(P<0.001),癌 症组血清铁和内源性抗氧化标志物(谷胱苷肽、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶、黄嘌呤氧化酶)均无明显变化(P均>0.05)。 结论:癌症患者体内脂质过氧化水平增高、总抗氧化能力下降。血清铁与体内氧化应激无明显相关。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between oxidative stress and serum iron levels of cancer patients. Methods:The levels of malondialdehyde, total antioxidant power and antioxidant status markers namely glutathione, glutathione peroxidase, and xanthine oxidase were measured in blood of 111 cancer patients and 36 healthy controls. Results:Our results showed that cancer patients were observed to have significantly higher levels of MDA[(5.21±1.05)nmol/L VS (4.04±0.68)nmol/L,P<0.001], to have significantly lower level of total antioxidant power[(4.39±0.98)U/L VS (5.78±0.93)U/L,P<0.001] than those in the control group. However, no significantly change of was found (P>0.20) for the levels of iron, the endogenous antioxidant components namely glutathione, glutathione peroxidase, and xanthine oxidase (P>0.05).Conclusion:Our findings reveal the presence of increased lipooxidative damage in cancer patients, but no change with respect to the antioxidant status markers excepts total antioxidant power. There is not any close correlation between iron and MDA levels in this study.
