摘要 目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)是否是缺血性脑卒中的始动因子之一及其与急性缺血性脑卒中患者病情的严 重程度、预后、复发率、死亡率的关系。方法:采用胶体金双抗体夹心法测定60例急性缺血性脑卒中患者发病后6 h内及1、4周CRP的水平。结果:大面积组发病后6h内、1、4周CRP水平高于中等、小面积组(P<0.01);中、重 型组发病后4周CRP水平均高于轻型组(P均<0.01);复发、死亡组CRP平均值均高于预后良好组(P均< 0.01)。结论:CRP是脑梗死的始动因子之一,并可了解缺血性脑卒中病情的严重程度,是预测急性缺血性脑卒中 预后、复发率、死亡率的一个重要指标。 Objective:Probe into C-reactive protive (CRP) the one that lack in the courageous and upright brain soldier starts to move one of the factors and discussion CRP and ischemic stroke , condition severity which is short of patient of the courageous and upright brain soldiers , prognosis , recuring rate , relation between death rate . Methods: ontent of CRP of 4 weeks after adopting the sandwich law of one pair of antibodies of the colloid money and determining for one week in 6 hours , after having illness coming on for 60 targets selected , having illness coming on . Results: (1)The patient of Cerebral Infarction had illness , CRP had already risen, in coming in 6 hours;(2) Having illness coming on in different periods, large area group, medium and small area group had significant differences of CRP (P<0. 01);(3) Having illness coming on in different periods, medium and heavy-duty brain infarct group′s CRP level and light-duty brain infarct group had significant difference (P<0. 01 ) of CRP;(4) While following up a case by regular visits to, recuring group and death group in CRP average compare with the well group of prognosis relatively had significant difference (P<0.01 ). Conclusion: CRP is starting to move one of the factors of brain infarct; The patients of CRP level with heavy condition and infarct large are obviously increases than the light. Brain infarct recurring and death patients..
