静脉输注高氧液对重度休克患者的急救作用

Effect of first aid of oxygen-enriched liquid by infusion on patients with severe shock

目的探讨静脉输注高氧液对重度休克患者的急救作用.方法选择重度失血性休克患者88例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组44例.每组在抢救中除了采用止血、输血、输液等相同措施外,对照组输入复方乳酸钠溶液10～20 mL/kg,治疗组输入等量的高氧液.同步观察治疗前后患者的血压、心率、尿量、血气指标恢复正常及末梢循环改善所需时间等.结果治疗组血压、心率、尿量、血气恢复正常及末梢循环改善所需时间均较对照组少(P＜0.01).结论静脉输注高氧液是重度休克患者急救时有效的治疗方法之一.

Objective To investigate the effect of first aid of oxygen-enriched liquid by infusion in patients with severe shock.Methods Eighty-eight patients with severe shock were randomly divided into two groups:the control group (n=44) and the experiment group (n=44).The same measures such as homeostasis and transfusion were used in two groups.Balanced salt solution (BSS) 10～20 mL/kg was applied in the control group and oxygen-enriched liquid 10～20 mL/kg was injected in the experiment group.The time from injection to the arterial blood pressure (ABP),heart rate (HR),blood-gas marker and distal circulation recovered to the normal level was recorded.Results ABP,HR,urine output,blood-gas marker and distal circulation were improved significantly in experiment group than those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Oxygen-enriched liquid by infusion was an effective measure for the patients with severe shock during first-aid period.
