摘要
本文介绍了基于ControlNet网络的反应釜的控制系统结构及组成,并着重介绍系统如何实现温度控制仿真以及利用RSView32组态软件设计界面监控反应釜。系统利用罗克韦尔的ControlLogix5550处理器对反应釜的反应过程进行监控,其实时性好,组态灵活、方便。
The paper introduces the frame and composing of the feedback kettle control system based on ControlNet mostly introduce the system how to realize temperature control in emulation mode and how to use the RSView32 software to design the control interface. The system uses ROCKWELL's ControlLogix5550 processor to monitor the reaction process. The system is good at real-time and the configuration is flexible and convenient.
