苯甲酰乙酸乙酯选择性还原的研究

Study on Selective Reduction of Ethyl Benzoylacetate

以苯甲酰乙酸乙酯为原料 ,在不同金属离子添加剂存在下 ,研究 Na BH4 对羰基的选择性还原。结果发现 ,反应中添加金属离子和未添加金属离子时反应产物的结果相同 ,都得到了羰基被还原而酯基保留的产物 ,但反应中添加进金属离子 Bi3+ 和 Ni2 + 后 。

The reduction of ethyl benzoylacetate with NaBH_4-CH_3OH was investigated when different kinds of metal ions were added to the reaction. The results of the reaction showed that same reductive results were obtained when metal ions were added into or not in the reduction of ethyl benzoylacetate. The reaction rate was increased when Bi^(3+) or Ni^(2+) was used as additive.
