阐述了凸轮式多次跌落冲击台的结构原理、力学性质、冲击参数及其调整方法。凸轮式跌落冲击台产生的次冲击能够影响试件的测试参数和性能,并能造成试件的疲劳损伤与失效。还说明了消除次冲击的方法。
The construction principle, mechanical properties, basic impact parameters and adjustment methods of cam-type drop impact test table are described. The secondary impact acceleration pulse which is produced by the drop-test can influence the testing parameters and cause fatigue and damage of components. The methods for eliminating the secondary impact acceleration pulse is also introduced.
