锁骨复位的三维力学分析

THREE-D MECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF THE REDUCTION OF CLAVICLE FRACTURE

本文对锁骨骨折后解剖复位、重叠、成角及旋转复位四种力学特性进行了三维有限元计算分析。结果表明，约束支反力、应力场和位移场对锁骨骨折的优良复位是重要的。复位不良不仅影响美观，而且改变了正常关节的受力分布，产生过大的局部应力。甚至继发肩锁或胸锁关节的创伤性关节炎。

An analysis of mechanical characteristics of the anatomical,overlap,angle or rotation reductions of clavicle fracture is performed by the finite element method.The calculated joint forces,the stress or displacement patterns indicate that correct reduction is very important.Improper reduc tion techniques will not only result in cosmetic change,but also induce,in some serious cases,great lccal stresses,which give rise to traumatic arthritis.
