摘要
针对现有操作票自动生成系统出票正确性和安全性校验水平仍需提高的现状,提出了一种具有计算分析功能的电网调度操作票生成系统的设计思想并给出了其实现方法。在智能推理过程中,结合实时、连续或历史的电网运行状态,通过逻辑状态初判和潮流计算详细分析,实现并行的操作步骤安全性校核。基于上述思想,在已经投运的电网调度操作票系统的基础上,扩充了校核计算功能,改进了数据库的优化设计和数据的存储,完善了与SCADA系统的数据共享。实际运行表明所开发的系统具有较强的实用性、通用性和用户可维护性。
To improve the reasoning correctness rate and security proof level of existing power system dispatching order generating system, a new kind of design thinking of dispatching order generating system was proposed and its implementation approach was given. In the intelligent reasoning process during the order generation the real-time, continuous and historical operating conditions were considered, and by means of preliminary judgment of logical states and detailed analysis based on power flow calculation the parallel security proof of operating procedures was performed. On this basis the examination and calculation functions of the order generating system being put into operation were expanded, the optimal design of database and the data storage as well as the data sharing with SCADA were improved. Actual operation results show that the developed dispatching order generating system is practicable and versatile, and can be maintained by the users.
