摘要 研究了温度对二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch)发育和产卵力的影响.结果表明,在19~31℃范围内,二斑叶螨的发育历期、雌成螨寿命和产卵期随温度的升高而缩短;日均产卵量在19℃下最小. 一个世代的发育起点温度雌螨为12.16℃,雄螨为12.80℃,有效积温分别为122.11日度和114.45日度.在25℃条件下种群的瞬时增长力r为0.2260,周限增长率λ为1.2536/d,净增值率R0为55.2284代,平均世代周期T为17.7553 d.瞬时增长力随温度的升高而增大,平均世代周期随温度的升高而缩短. The effect of temperatures on the developmental time and fecundity of Tetranychus urticae Koch on kidney bean was (studied). The results showed that the developmental time, the female longevity and oviposition period decreased with temperature (increase). The ovipositing number per day was lowest at 19℃. The lower thresholds of a development of a generation for (female) and male were 12.16℃ and 12.80℃, the effective cumulative temperature were 122.11 and 114.45 day-degree respectively. The (intrinsic) increase rate(r) was 0.2260,the finite increase rate(λ) was 1.2536/d, the net reproductive rate (R_(0))was 55.2284/(generation), the average generation time(T)= 17.7553 day at 25℃, the intrinsic increase rate increased with temperature increase , while the average generation period decreased with temperature increase.
