摘要
由于伦理是系统化的利益规则,人类利益和宇宙序的进化相关,因而伦理学具有确定的科学基础。采用科学范式的科技伦理学就成为科学技术控制论的组成部分。作为一门科学的科技伦理学,体现了科技与人文的综合。人类深刻理解科技伦理学的具体性、历史性、动态性,就可以在未来科学技术无可限量的进程中,与时俱进地调控各种系统关系,最大限度地实现人类和自然同步进化的目标。
Since ethics are systematized rules concerning interests and the interests of human beings relate to the evolution of the universe, ethics comes to have a definite scientific foundation. It’s for this reason that sci-tech ethics which adopts scientific norms has become one part of the sci-tech cybernetics. Ethics, as a science, has displayed the integration of humanities and science and technology. A deep understanding of the concreteness, historicalness and dynamism of sci-tech ethics will help regulate various relationships in the development of science and technology so to guarantee the synchronous evolution of man and nature.
