聚羧酸型梳状共聚物的合成及其对水泥塑化效果研究

摘要 将聚乙二醇单丙烯酸酯、聚顺丁烯二酸乙二醇单酯(聚乙二醇聚合度n=9,23)分别与烯类单体共聚,合成对水泥塑化效果明显的2个系列聚羧酸梳状共聚物。研究共聚合反应的引发剂用量、共聚物组成、侧链长度及共聚物表面性质(界面张力、起泡高度)等对水泥塑化效果(分散性、分散稳定性)的影响。结果表明,两系列共聚物中,引发剂用量均有一最佳值;丙酯系列中,支链长者(n=23)需较多的引发剂用量,而单酯系列中,引发剂最佳用量n=9与n=23相同。两系列支链长者(n=23)的分散性及分散稳定性均较好。丙酯系列中,界面张力较小者起泡高度高,分散性能好。 Two series of comb-shaped copolymers of polycarboxylic acid type with marked plasticizing effect on cement were synthesized by copolymerization of polyethylene glycol monoacrylate and maleic acid momopolyethylene glycol ester polymerization degree of polyethylene glycol n=9 23with vinyl monomers respectively. The influences of the use level of evocator in copolymerization composition and length of side chain as well as surface properties including interfacial tension height of bubbling of copolymers on cement plasticizing effect dispersivity and dispersion stability were studied. The results show that the use level of evocator has an optimum value for each series. In the series of polyethylene glycol monoacrylate the polymer with longer side chain n=23 needs high amount of evocator however in the series of maleic acid momopolyethylene glycol ester the polymers with side chain n=9 n=23 need same optimum amount of evocator. The polymers with longer side chain n=23 get better dispersivity and dispersion stability in both series. The copolymer with lower interfacial tension in series of polyethylene glycol monoacrylate the height of bubbling is higher and dispersivity is better.
