摘要
为了改善生产水质和提高水厂处理能力,深圳市炳坑水厂对投药、混合设备、回转隔板反应池、斜管沉淀池、虹吸滤池等工艺环节进行了系统的改造,竣工后出厂水平均浊度为0. 3NTU,节约药耗费用为12万元/a,制水能力提高50%,劳动强度也大大减轻。
In order to improve the water quality and upgrade the treatment capacity in old water works, Shenzhen Bingkeng Water Works conducted the system reconstruction for its technological processes, such as chemicals dosing and mixing devices, baffled reaction chamber, tube settler, and siphon filter, etc.. After reconstruction, the effect was remarkable, the turbidity of outlet water was averaged at (0.3) NTU, 120 000 RMB/a worth of alum was saved, water production capacity increased by 50%, and labor intensity was greatly reduced.
