The cylinder liner of marine diesel engine directly affects safety operation,reliability and life of engine. The most frequent fault of cylinder liner is cavitation. By analyzing the matter that cavitation of cylinder liner occurs,this paper introduces some measure of preventing cylinder liner cavitation,and method for inhibiting cylinder liner cavitation.
