摘要
加入WTO后中国市场经济空前活跃,经济领域的犯罪也发生了深刻变化,经济侦查部门只有不断分析、研究经济犯罪的规律和特点,才能把握打击经济犯罪的主动权。
Market economy is unprecedentedly developing in China after entering WTO. The crime in economic field has changed greatly. Only when the economic investigative departments constantly analyze, study the laws and characters of economic crime, can they gain the initiative in attacking this kind of crime.
