城市规划作为指导和控制城市发展的主要手段 ,对城市未来的发展起着决定性作用 ,从城市规划角度研究城市水资源问题 ,通过城市用地、绿地系统等的规划布局 ,可以从源头改善水的自然循环 ,缓解城市用水紧张的状况 。

Urban planning, as the main measure to direct and control urban development, plays the decisive role in urban future development. Through urban planning to research problems of water resource, such as reasonable planning of city land and green system, the main aims are to improve water natural circle from headstream, to solve problems of shortage of urban water and to achieve sustainable use of city water resource.
