摘要
生产活动是物质在经济系统内部以及经济系统与自然生态系统之间流动的前提和基础,产业系统是人类生产活动的主要组织形式和技术手段。循环经济的关键在于建立起促进物质、能量高效循环和流动的产业生态系统,研究产业生态系统的意义、内涵特征和实施原则,是构建循环经济和产业生态系统的理论前提。
Production activity is the foundation of the material flow between the economic system and the ecological system. The industrial system is the basic organization mode and the technological means of the production activity. Therefore, establishing the industrial eco-system to promote efficient material and energy circulation and transmission is the key to circular economy. The article discusses the signification, connotations and application principles of the industrial eco-system in the coming circular economy.
