产业关联效应“外移”测度初探

当国内原有技术水平与从国外引进的先进技术差距较大,而国内相关产业对引进技术的消化又不能及时跟上时,会使国内产业关联受阻,甚至断裂,发生国内产业关联"断环",中间投入依赖进口,产业关联效应"外移"。对此,可采用投入产出分析方法对产业关联效应"外移"的状况及相应的进出口替代效应进行测度与分析。

If the difference between the domestic technique level and that of the advanced technique introduced from abroad is bigger. But the local related industry can't keep up with the foreign one on time, it will hinder the local industry linkage, make the inter-input reply on important, and have a 'move outside'effect in terms of industry linkage. Through the input-output analysis techniques, this paper measures and analyzes about the industry linkage 'move outside'effect and the substitution effect of important in our country.
