中药球状活性炭吸附剂的制备

摘要 以高分子树脂为原料,采用正交实验设计法,通过优化炭化、活化处理条件,制备出了高强度的球状活性炭 吸附剂,并测定了样品的孔径分布和比表面积.结果表明,球状活性炭吸附剂的内部平均孔径为150埃,最可几孔径为 210埃,孔径分布范围为20~2000埃、孔容为0.54 ml/g,比表面积为695.5m2/g,适合于对大多数中药有效成分的的吸附 分离,在中药有效成分的精制纯化中有广泛的推广应用前景. We successfully prepared spherical active carbon (SAC) with high strength by carbonation and activation from polymeric resin for the refinement of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Their pore size and pore surface area were measured too. The results show that the range of pore size is from 20 A-2000 A, the mean pore size, 150 A, the most possible pore size, 210A, the pore volume, 0.54ml/g, and the pore surface area, 695.5m3/g. These basic characteristics award the adsorbent a strong adsorptive capability on the effective components of TCM. This kind of SAC can be widely used in the process of refinement of TCM.
